Another client has emails dating as far as 1998. He can find e-mails in no time at all. He classifies all his email as Level 1, 2 and 3 depending of its priority, and each level is separated in categories including contact names. There is CRM (customer relation management) software that claims to do the same; he was doing it even before the software was conceived.
While some people spend thousands of dollars and time trying to achieve something similar, the simplicity and efficiency of these systems is a perfect example that most of our problems are not because of lack of intellectual resources but perhaps because of an over abundance of it.
